I, Xin Guosheng, have served as an independent director of Shenzhen Dazhu CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") since May 2024. I have also held positions as an independent director at Guangdong Dingtai High-Tech Co., Ltd. (301377.SZ) since August 2020, as a director at Guangdong Zhongneng Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. since October 2020, as an independent director at Ganzhou Chaoyue Technology Co., Ltd. since November 2023, and as an independent director at Shenzhen Jingwang Electronics Co., Ltd. (603228.SH) since July 2025. My previous roles include Deputy General Manager at Shekou Shuanglong Pen Co., Ltd., Deputy Factory Director, Factory Director, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager at Yongjie Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., General Manager at Yongjie Electronics (Shixing) Co., Ltd., and Director and Deputy General Manager at Yongjie Electronics Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. I have also served as the legal representative of Shenzhen Xiongxinsheng Electronics Co., Ltd., Chairman of Dongguan Shengda Copper Foil Co., Ltd., Director and legal representative of Shenzhen Fangji Electronics Co., Ltd., and Supervisor of Shenzhen Taimo Printed Circuit Information Co., Ltd. Additionally, I have held positions as Party Branch Secretary of the Shenzhen Printed Circuit Industry Association, Secretary-General (founding president) of the Guangdong Circuit Board Industry Association, and Senior Vice Chairman of the China Electronic Circuit Industry Association. I have conducted a self-assessment of my independence in accordance with the relevant regulations and submitted a report to the company's board of directors. The self-assessment confirmed that I meet the independence requirements for independent directors without any factors affecting my independence.
