Basic Information
I, Li Weiwei, have served as an independent director of Shenzhen Dazhu CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") since February 2024 and as an independent director of Shenzhen Direction Electronics Co., Ltd. since May 2021. I have previously held positions as a law professor at Shenzhen University, vice-chairman of the Legal Committee of the Shenzhen Democratic League, a council member of the China International Law Society, and an independent director of Shenzhen Zhongxing New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. I have conducted a self-assessment regarding my independence in accordance with relevant regulations and submitted a report to the board of directors. The self-assessment confirmed that I meet the independence requirements without any factors affecting my independence.
Performance in 2025
Attendance at Board and Shareholder Meetings
In 2025, the Company held a total of 10 board meetings, with no instances of authorizing other independent directors to attend on my behalf. The Company convened 4 shareholder meetings, and I was absent from one due to personal reasons, for which I submitted a written leave request to the board. I attended the other 3 meetings in person. I believe that the convening and holding of board and shareholder meetings complied with legal procedures, and all significant matters underwent the necessary approval processes, thus I voted in favor of all proposals without raising any objections.
