Evaluation Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firms for 2025 and the Audit Committee's Oversight Responsibilities
Shenzhen Dazhu CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has engaged Rongcheng CPA (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongcheng" or "Rongcheng CPA") and Ernst & Young Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "EY Hong Kong") as the domestic and overseas audit firms for the Company for the fiscal year 2025, respectively. In accordance with the "Management Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has diligently fulfilled its responsibilities. The following is the report on the evaluation of the performance of Rongcheng and EY Hong Kong for the fiscal year 2025 and the oversight responsibilities of the Audit Committee:
I. Basic Information of the Audit Firms for 2025
(1) Basic Information of the Accounting Firms
- Rongcheng CPA (Special General Partnership)
- Basic Information: Rongcheng was initially established in August 1988 and restructured into a special general partnership on December 10, 2013. It is one of the earliest accounting firms authorized to engage in securities services in China, with over 30 years of experience in the securities business. Rongcheng has 19 branches nationwide, with its headquarters located in Beijing at 22 Fuchengmen Outer Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, on the 10th floor, units 1001-1 to 1001-26.
- Personnel Information: As of December 31, 2025, Rongcheng has 233 partners and 1,507 registered accountants, of which 856 have signed audit reports for securities services.
- Business Scale: The total revenue audited by Rongcheng for the fiscal year 2024 was 2,510,258,000 yuan, with audit service revenue of 2,348,629,400 yuan and securities and futures service revenue of 1,237,645,800 yuan. Rongcheng undertook the annual report audits for 518 listed companies in 2024, with total audit fees amounting to 620,475,200 yuan, primarily serving clients in various industries including manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, wholesale and retail, scientific research and technical services, construction, water conservancy, environmental and public facility management, among others. It has 383 audit clients in the same industry as the Company.
