Ningbo Jiahe Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") aims to continue promoting the incentive mechanism to attract and retain outstanding talents, effectively combining stock incentives with company profits and employee contributions, and proposes the "2026 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "the Plan").
To ensure the implementation of the incentive plan, the Company is based on the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Management Measures for the Listing of Companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange," and the "Business Guidelines for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," among other relevant regulations. The Company has formulated the "2026 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan Assessment Management Measures" (hereinafter referred to as "the Management Measures") based on practical conditions.
I. Purpose of Assessment
Establish a sound and complete incentive assessment mechanism to ensure the effective implementation of the Plan and promote the company's strategic and operational goals.
II. Assessment Principles
The assessment will be conducted fairly, openly, and impartially, adhering to the principles of integrity and effectiveness, aiming to achieve good incentive results.
