Verification Opinion on Share Transfer Qualifications

Industrial Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Industrial Securities") has been entrusted by Linuo Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Linuo Investment" or "the Company") to organize and implement the inquiry transfer of shares to specific institutional investors before the Company's initial public offering (hereinafter referred to as "this inquiry transfer").

According to the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Share Reduction by Shareholders of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules (2025 Revision)," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 18 - Share Reduction by Shareholders, Directors, and Senior Management (2025 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as "the Reduction Guidelines"), and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 16 - Inquiry and Allocation Methods for Share Transfers by Shareholders of GEM Listed Companies (2025 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as "Guideline No. 16"), Industrial Securities has conducted a qualification verification for the shareholders participating in this inquiry transfer and has issued this verification opinion.
