Prior to this equity change, the information disclosure obligor, Jinan Quanxing Environmental Energy Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Quanxing"), held 5,425,845 shares of the Company, accounting for 6.82797% of the total share capital. For details, please refer to the "Simplified Equity Change Report (Jinan Quanxing)" disclosed by the information disclosure obligor on the Cninfo website (www.cninfo.com.cn) on February 26, 2025. On February 25, 2025, the information disclosure obligor signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with company shareholder Feng Jianjun, intending to acquire 5,425,845 shares of Chaoda Equipment held by Feng Jianjun, representing 6.82797% of the total share capital.
