The notice for this meeting was sent to all directors by direct delivery on February 23, 2026. The meeting was convened and presided over by Mr. Ren Nianfeng, Chairman of the Board. Given that the Company's controlling shareholder has changed from Shandong Panda Capital Operation Co., Ltd. to Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and the actual controller has changed from Shandong University to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Provincial People's Government, it is proposed to change the company name from "Shandong Panda Software Co., Ltd." to "Shandong Panda Software Co., Ltd.". The English name will be changed from "Shandong University Ouma Software Co., Ltd." to "Shandong Ouma Software Co., Ltd.". The final result is subject to the approval of the industrial and commercial administrative departments.
