Announcement on Independent Directors Obtaining Independent Director Qualification Certificates

Shanghai Weiman Sealing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held its 2025 annual shareholders' meeting on May 19, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on the re-election of the board of directors and the election of independent directors. The meeting agreed to elect Mr. Zhang Ruishen, Mr. Zhang Rui, and Mr. Du Aiwu as independent directors of the Company's third board of directors, with a term of three years starting from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting. As of the date of the notice for the 2025 annual shareholder
