I. Overview of Guarantee Situation
Shanghai Weiwansfeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Weiwansfeng") held its Second Board of Directors' 14th Meeting and Second Supervisory Board's 12th Meeting on April 26, 2025. The "Proposal on the Estimated Annual Guarantee Limit for the Company and its Subsidiaries in 2025" was reviewed and approved. The proposal allows the Company and its subsidiaries to provide a total guarantee limit of no more than RMB 100 million (or equivalent foreign currency) (inclusive) for subsidiaries within the consolidated financial statement scope (including newly added subsidiaries) in 2025. The scope of guarantee includes, but is not limited to, comprehensive credit lines, loans, acceptance bills, letters of credit, factoring, guarantees, and other financing businesses. The types of guarantees include joint and several liability, mortgage, pledge, etc. The validity period of this guarantee limit is 12 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors.
