Suzhou Xianglou New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the fifth meeting of the fourth board of directors on April 22, 2026, to review the proposal on confirming the 2025 director compensation and formulating the 2026 compensation plan. All directors abstained from voting on the proposal, which was directly submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review. In 2025, non-independent directors and senior management holding specific positions will receive compensation according to the Company's relevant compensation and performance assessment management system. The compensation for independent directors will be paid quarterly in the form of allowances.
