Entrusted wealth management: The act of entrusting banks, trusts, securities, funds, futures, insurance asset management institutions, financial asset investment companies, private fund managers, and other professional wealth management institutions to invest and manage the property of Guangdong Ruide Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") or to purchase related wealth management products, including bank wealth management products, asset management plans from asset management companies, and various products issued by securities companies, fund companies, and insurance companies. -
Investment Amount and Duration
The company plans to use a total of no more than RMB 150 million (inclusive) of idle self-owned funds for entrusted wealth management. This amount can be used in a rolling manner within 12 months from the date of approval by the board. The investment amount at any point during the period (including the amount reinvested from related investment income) shall not exceed the above investment limit.
