II. Background and Purpose of the Implementation of the Raised Funds Investment Projects
(I) Background of the Implementation of the Raised Funds Investment Projects
- Global Computing Power and Semiconductor Industries Usher in Development Dividends, High-end Precision Manufacturing Welcomes Strategic Development Opportunities
Computing power infrastructure is the core foundation of the digital economy, and the semiconductor industry is a strategic basic industry that ensures the independent control of the industrial chain. Both are key supports for cultivating new quality productive forces and promoting the digital transformation of industries. In the field of computing power, the overseas market, represented by North America, is currently the main battlefield for the global AI industry. Local governments are continuously introducing top-level AI plans, and leading technology giants are continuously increasing capital expenditure, accelerating the layout of general large model R&D and the construction of large-scale supercomputing power clusters, which is continuously driving the release of demand for liquid cooling core components. In the semiconductor field, in recent years, multiple departments of the state have intensively introduced industrial support policies, vigorously promoting the domestic substitution of key equipment and their core components, creating a good policy environment for high-end precision manufacturing fields such as precision components for semiconductor equipment. National high-end semiconductor equipment precision components fall within the scope of encouraged industries in the "Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalog (2024 Edition)" and align with the strategic orientation of independent industrial control.
