Liaoning He’s Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces the completion of the supplementary election for independent directors. Former independent directors Mr. Wang Houshuang and Ms. Li Hui served as independent directors since April 10, 2020, completing a six-year term. According to the "Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," independent directors may serve a maximum of six consecutive years. Mr. Wang and Ms. Li applied to resign from their positions as independent directors and related committee roles on April 9, 2026, and will no longer hold any positions in the Company after their resignation.
Due to their resignations, which would reduce the number of independent directors to less than one-third of the board members, their resignations will take effect after the election of new independent directors at the shareholders' meeting. Until then, Mr. Wang and Ms. Li will continue to fulfill their duties as independent directors and their responsibilities in various board committees in accordance with relevant laws and the Company’s articles of association.
