Announcement on the Maturity and Redemption of Wealth Management Products Purchased with Temporarily Idle Raised Funds

Jinpu Garden Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 28th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors on October 27, 2025, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Using Part of Temporarily Idle Raised Funds for Wealth Management." It was agreed that, under the premise of ensuring that the construction of raised fund investment projects and normal production and operation are not affected, the Company intends to use no more than RMB 500 million of temporarily idle raised funds for wealth management. These funds will be used to purchase short-term investment wealth management products that are highly safe, liquid, and have a maturity of no more than 12 months. The validity period of this quota is 12 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors. Within this quota and validity period, the funds can be used in a revolving manner.
The independent directors' special meeting and the Board of Directors' Audit Committee reviewed the above matters, and the sponsor also issued a clear opinion of consent.
