Special Reminder:
- Jinpu Landscape Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has adjusted the pricing benchmark date for its 2025 private placement of shares from "the announcement date of the 27th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors" to "the first day of the offering period". The issue price has been adjusted from "RMB 7.14 per share" to "no less than 80% of the average trading price of the Company's shares in the twenty trading days prior to the pricing benchmark date". The total issue size has been adjusted from "not exceeding 17,299,719 shares (inclusive)" to "determined by dividing the total amount of raised capital by the issue price, and shall not exceed the planned issue size before this change (i.e., not exceeding 17,299,719 shares) and 30% of the Company's total share capital before this issuance."
- Except for the above adjustments, other matters of the Company's private placement of shares have not changed.
