I. Resignation of Director
Hangzhou Baicheng Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Song Bofan, a director of the Company. Ms. Song has applied to resign from her position as a director and a member of the board's audit committee due to work adjustments, but will continue to hold other positions within the Company. Ms. Song's original term was from February 7, 2025, to February 6, 2028. As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Song holds 7,037 shares of the Company. After her resignation, Ms. Song will continue to comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 18 - Shareholder and Director, Senior Management Personnel Share Reduction." Ms. Song's resignation will not result in the board of directors falling below the legal number of members, nor will it affect the normal production and operation of the Company or the ongoing work. The Company will complete the director election process as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations. The board expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Song for her diligence and contributions during her tenure.
