I. Situation of the Profit Distribution Plan Approved by the Shareholders' Meeting

The specific plan approved by the Company's 2025 Shareholders' Meeting in the "Proposal on the 2025 Profit Distribution Plan" is as follows: Based on the total share capital of 527,280,000 shares, a cash dividend will be distributed to all shareholders, with a cash dividend of RMB 0.12 per 10 shares (tax inclusive), totaling RMB 6,327,360.00 (tax inclusive).
