(hereinafter referred to as "Meizhou Hongfuhan," in which the Company holds an 86.89% stake), has recently received a bid notification from a client, confirming Meizhou Hongfuhan as the successful bidder for the client's liquid cooling components - cold plate products. The products are expected to be delivered from June 2026 to January 2027 on a monthly rolling order basis, subject to the formal contract or subsequent official purchase orders and settlement conditions from the client.
