About This Report
This report is the third sustainability report published by Jiangsu Xinhang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhang New Materials," "the Company," or "we"). It aims to disclose the Company's management strategies, specific actions, and key performance indicators for the year 2025 in terms of environmental, social, and corporate governance, in response to stakeholders' concerns regarding the Company's sustainability and information transparency, including shareholders, employees, regulatory agencies, customers, partners, and the public.
Time Frame: The reporting period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. To enhance the comparability and forward-looking nature of the report, some content is moderately extended to previous and subsequent years.
Report Boundary: This report focuses on "Jiangsu Xinhang New Materials Co., Ltd." and includes its subsidiaries. Unless otherwise specified, the scope of this report is consistent with that of the Company's annual report.
