(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 15th meeting of the third board of directors and the 9th meeting of the compensation and assessment committee on March 30, 2026. The meetings reviewed and approved the proposals regarding the remuneration and allowances for directors and senior management for the year 2026. The proposal concerning the remuneration and allowances for directors still requires submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
