The current anti-subsidy and anti-dumping investigation is in the preliminary ruling stage by the US Department of Commerce (DOC). The DOC is still investigating and has not yet made a final ruling; the US International Trade Commission (ITC) has also not yet made a final ruling on industry injury. It is estimated that all procedures will be completed and the final results announced in approximately 12-18 months.
