From May 25, 2026, to June 12, 2026, the company's stock price met the condition that for at least fifteen trading days out of any consecutive thirty trading days, the closing price was lower than 85% of the current conversion price, triggering the downward adjustment condition for the "Shuangle Convertible Bond" conversion price.

On June 12, 2026, the Company held its Second Meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors, which deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Not Lowering the Conversion Price of 'Shuangle Convertible Bonds'". The Board of Directors has decided not to lower the conversion price of "Shuangle Convertible Bonds" at this time. Furthermore, for one month from the next trading day after the Board meeting approval (i.e., from June 15, 2026, to July 14, 2026), if the downward adjustment condition for the "Shuangle Convertible Bond" conversion price is triggered again, a downward adjustment proposal will not be submitted. The period for the next trigger of the conversion price adjustment condition will be recalculated from July 15, 2026. If the downward adjustment condition for the "Shuangle Convertible Bond" conversion price is triggered again, the Board of Directors will convene a meeting to decide whether to exercise the downward adjustment right for the "Shuangle Convertible Bond" conversion price.
