On June 5, 2026, the Intermediate People's Court of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as "Suzhou Intermediate Court" or "the Court") issued the "Decision of the Intermediate People's Court of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province," initiating the pre-restructuring procedure for Suzhou Shijing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Shijing Technology"), and on the same day, appointed the liquidation team of Suzhou Shijing Technology Co., Ltd. as the provisional administrator of Suzhou Shijing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Provisional Administrator"). The initiation of the Company's pre-restructuring procedure by the Suzhou Intermediate Court does not signify the formal acceptance of the Company's restructuring; the pre-restructuring procedure is intended to identify the Company's restructuring value and potential, and to improve the efficiency of subsequent restructuring work. As of the date of this announcement, whether the Company will be formally accepted for restructuring by the Court and whether it will subsequently enter the restructuring procedure remain uncertain.

If the Court rules to accept the Company's restructuring, the Company will cooperate with the Court and the administrator to carry out relevant restructuring work and fulfill its legal obligations as a debtor. According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "GEM Listing Rules"), if the Court rules to accept the Company's restructuring, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will implement a delisting risk warning on the Company's stock.

If the Court formally accepts the Company's restructuring and the restructuring is successfully completed, it will help resolve the Company's debt risks, optimize its asset-liability structure, and enhance its sustainable operating and profitability capabilities. If the restructuring fails, the Company will face the risk of being declared bankrupt. If the Company is declared bankrupt, according to the "GEM Listing Rules," the Company's stock will face the risk of termination of listing.
