(hereinafter referred to as "Shijing Technology" or "the Company") received a "Letter of Resignation for the 2025 Audit Services of Suzhou Shijing Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Resignation Letter") from Suya Jincheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Suya Jincheng Certified Public Accountants"). Suya Jincheng Certified Public Accountants, considering that the audit progress has not met its expectations and the audit progress payments have not been received as agreed, has, after careful consideration, formally resigned as the company's 2025 annual report audit institution.
