Announcement Regarding the Change of Business Scope and Amendment to the Articles of Association
Jiangsu Yangdian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the eighth meeting of the third Board of Directors on June 22, 2026, and deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Changing the Business Scope and Amending the Articles of Association." Due to the needs of developing computing power business, the Company intends to change its business scope and simultaneously amend the relevant contents of the "Articles of Association." This matter is still subject to the Company's general meeting of shareholders for deliberation. The relevant contents are hereby announced as follows:
I. Change of Business Scope
Before the change: General items: Manufacturing of power transmission and distribution and control equipment; production of magnetic materials; research and development of power distribution switch control equipment; research and development of motors and their control systems; manufacturing of power distribution switch control equipment; manufacturing of power electronic components; motor manufacturing; electronic component manufacturing; sales of magnetic materials; sales of intelligent power transmission and distribution and control equipment; sales of power distribution switch control equipment; wholesale of electronic components; sales of power electronic components; import and export of goods; import and export of technology; technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technical transfer, and technical promotion (except for items subject to approval according to law, business activities shall be carried out independently according to the business license).
