I. Meeting Information
The 18th (temporary) meeting of the 5th Board of Directors of Hangzhou Reliable Nursing Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was held on February 28, 2026, at the conference room on the 28th floor of the British Center, No. 1118 Xiangwang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, combining in-person and online participation. The meeting notice was delivered to all directors via phone and email on February 28, 2026. The convener explained the urgency of the meeting. A total of 7 directors were supposed to attend, and all 7 di
