(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has recently increased the capital of HAJIME TECHNOLOGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD. through its wholly-owned subsidiaries HAJIME (SINGAPORE) INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. and HAJIME (SINGAPORE) ADVANCED MATERIAL PTE. LTD. The capital will increase from 5 million Thai Baht to 97.25 million Thai Baht. The entire amount of this capital increase will be included in its registered capital, and the Company has recently completed the filing registration for the capital increase of HAJIME TECHNOLOGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD. in Thailand.
