With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Approval on the Registration of Pu Lian Software Co., Ltd. to Issue Convertible Corporate Bonds to Unspecified Objects" (Zheng Jian Xu Ke [2025] No. 2527), Pu Lian Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has issued 2,429,326 convertible corporate bonds (hereinafter referred to as convertible bonds) to unspecified objects. Each bond has a face value of RMB 100.00 and is issued at face value, with a total issuance amount of RMB 242,932,600.00. The Company's convertible bonds were registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on December 12, 2025.
