I. Approval of the Profit Distribution Plan

The Company’s 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders approved the 2025 annual profit distribution plan, which involves a total distribution of 233,088,000 shares, with a cash dividend of 1.60 yuan per share (before tax), totaling 130,529,280 yuan (after tax). The distribution will not involve the issuance of new shares or the transfer of shares.
