I. Major Risk Warnings
The Company reminds investors to carefully read the full text of "Section VI: Risk Factors Related to This Issuance" in this prospectus, and pay special attention to the following major matters or risks:
(I) Risk of Capacity Digestion for Fund-Raising Projects
The proceeds from this issuance will be used for the production project of new energy precision connectors and structural components, the production project of high-speed data communication connectors and components, and for supplementing working capital and repaying bank loans. Upon completion, the company will add an annual production capacity of 58,464Kpcs for high-speed data communication connectors and components, and 297,000Kpcs for new energy precision connectors and structural components. Although the issuer has made sufficient preparations in technology, talent, market, and customers, and has formulated a series of capacity digestion measures, if significant changes occur in the macroeconomy, industrial policies, market environment, or product technology routes, or if product verification progresses poorly or market expansion is ineffective, the company may face the risk that the new capacity cannot be effectively digested.
(II) Risk of Failure to Achieve Expected Benefits
The projects related to this issuance are centered on the company's main business. The expected benefits are based on the company's existing profitability, similar projects in the industry, expected market space, and competition levels. However, the implementation and realization of benefits require time, and there is uncertainty regarding project completion and product sales. If adverse changes occur in the macroeconomy, industrial policies, or market environment, or if product technology is replaced, demand growth slows, product verification fails, or raw material prices rise, the company's business growth and expected benefits may be adversely affected.
(III) Market Competition Risk
