Announcement on the Reappointment of Accounting Firm
Sanhe Tongfei Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the content of this information disclosure is true, accurate, and complete, without any false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions.
The Company held the 26th meeting of the third board of directors on March 31, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on the reappointment of the accounting firm. The Company intends to reappoint Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjian" or "Tianjian Accounting Firm") as the Company's auditing institution for the fiscal year 2026. This proposal is subject to approval at the Company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting. The reappointment of the accounting firm complies with the provisions of the "Management Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4).
