Sanhe Tongfei Refrigeration Co., Ltd. Announcement on Using Part of Temporarily Idle Own Funds for Cash Management

Sanhe Tongfei Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 26th meeting of the Third Board of Directors on March 31, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Using Part of Temporarily Idle Own Funds for Cash Management". It was agreed that the Company would use temporarily idle own funds not exceeding RMB 500 million for cash management. The term of use shall be valid for 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval by the Board of Directors. Within the approved investment amount and period, funds can be used in a revolving manner. Within the approved amount, the Company's finance department is authorized to implement it and sign relevant legal documents. The relevant situation is announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Using Part of Temporarily Idle Own Funds for Cash Management
(I) Investment Purpose To improve the efficiency of fund utilization and reasonably utilize idle funds, without affecting the normal operation of the Company, the Company will use part of its temporarily idle own funds to purchase low-risk, high-security, and liquid cash management products to increase the Company's income and seek better investment returns for the Company and its shareholders.
(II) Investment Varieties The Company will strictly control risks in accordance with relevant regulations and conduct strict evaluations of the cash management products it intends to purchase with its own funds. It intends to purchase low-risk, high-security, and liquid cash management products with an investment term of no more than 12 months, or products that are transferable or can be redeemed in advance. The purchase channels include, but are not limited to, commercial banks, securities companies, and other financial institutions.
