Announcement on Authorizing the Board of Directors to Formulate and Implement Specific Mid-term Dividend Plan

According to the Company Law, the Guidelines for Cash Dividends of Listed Companies No. 3, the Self-regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 2, and the Company’s Articles of Association, the Company intends to formulate a mid-term dividend arrangement for 2026 (including semi-annual and first three quarters) to enhance investor returns and further promote the sharing of the Company’s operational results among all shareholders, based on the actual operating performance of the Company.
