The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on 170,579,150 shares, a cash dividend of 3.00 RMB (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares (including tax), and no capital reserve will be converted into additional shares for all shareholders.
