The Board of Directors of Jiangxi Zhite New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received written resignation reports from directors Ms. Guo Fengxia and Mr. Liu Yan. Ms. Guo Fengxia has applied to resign from her position as a director of the Company due to personal reasons. After resigning from the aforementioned position, she will continue to hold other positions within the Company. Mr. Liu Yan has applied to resign from his position as a director and member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors due to personal reasons. After resignation, he will no longer hold any positions within the Company.
