I. Resignation of Non-Independent Director and General Manager
The Board of Directors of Zhongshan Huali Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Huali Group") recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Liu Shujuan, Director and General Manager. Ms. Liu Shujuan has applied to resign from her positions as Director and General Manager of the Company due to work reassignment. After her resignation, Ms. Liu Shujuan will remain a member of the Company's core management team, serving as the General Manager of the Investment Department. Ms. Liu Shujuan's resignation does not result in the number of directors on the Company's Board falling below the legal minimum. In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Articles of Association," Ms. Liu Shujuan's resignation is effective from the date the Board of Directors receives the resignation report. The handover of relevant work will be carried out in accordance with the Company's resignation management system. Her departure will not affect the normal operation of the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's normal production and operation.
