Evaluation Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm in 2025
Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongcheng"), as the financial statement audit institution and internal control audit institution for Zhongshan Hualian Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in 2025, audited the Company's 2025 financial statements and the effectiveness of internal controls as of December 31, 2025. Rongcheng also audited and verified the Company's related party capital transactions and the deposit, management, and use of raised funds in 2025. The Company's Board of Directors' Audit Committee has evaluated Rongcheng's performance in 2025, the details of which are as follows:

(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Rongcheng was formerly known as Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). It was initially established in August 1988 and was restructured into a special general partnership on December 10, 2013. It is one of the earliest accounting firms in China approved to engage in securities service business and has long been engaged in securities service business. Its registered address is Room 1001-1 to 1001-26, Building 1, No. 22 Fuchengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The managing partner is Liu Wei. As of December 31, 2025, Rongcheng had 233 partners and 1,507 certified public accountants, of whom 856 had signed audit reports for securities service business.
