(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Shenshui Haina") disclosed the "Announcement on the Proposed Judicial Auction of Part of the Shares Held by the Controlling Shareholder and Actual Controller" (Announcement No.: 2026-015) on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com) on April 23, 2026. On May 28, 2026, the Company disclosed the "Progress Announcement on the Judicial Auction of Part of the Shares Held by the Controlling Shareholder and Actual Controller" (Announcement No.: 2026-029); On June 6, 2026, the Company disclosed the "Announcement on the Completion of Transfer of Part of the Company's Shares Judicially Auctioned, and the Change in Shareholding Ratio by 1% Integer Multiple and Share Pledge and Freezing" (Announcement No.: 2026-030).
