Shenzhen Oya Design Co., Ltd. Announcement on the Progress of the Company Using Part of Idle Own Funds for Entrusted Wealth Management

Shenzhen Oya Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") considered and approved the "Proposal on the Company and its Subsidiaries Using Part of Idle Own Funds for Entrusted Wealth Management" at the 18th meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors held on January 23, 2026, and the First Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 2026 held on February 9, 2026. It was agreed that the Company and its subsidiaries would use a maximum of RMB 480 million (inclusive) of idle own funds for entrusted wealth management, provided that daily operating capital needs are fully guaranteed, normal production and operation are not affected, and risks are effectively controlled. The funds will be used to purchase wealth management products from financial institutions such as banks and securities companies with high safety and good liquidity in a timely manner. The term of use is valid for 12 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting. Within the aforementioned amount and period, the funds can be used cyclically. (II) Approval Procedures The "Proposal on the Company and its Subsidiaries Using Part of Idle Own Funds for Entrusted Wealth Management" has been reviewed and approved by the 18th meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors and the First Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 2026. The amount and period of the wealth management products purchased this time are within the aforementioned approved limits and do not require further review by the Company's Board of Directors.
