The Company, in a contract dispute case with Yang Ya, Cao Jun, and Xiangjian Yaoyigou Health Technology Co., Ltd., was dissatisfied with the civil judgment (2024) Yue 01 Min Zhong 26756 issued by the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province. The Company applied for re-examination to the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court and recently received the civil ruling from the court. On November 2022, the Company received the "Civil Complaint" and "Notice of Appearance" and other legal documents served by the Huangpu District People's Court of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. The plaintiffs Yang Ya and Cao Jun filed a civil lawsuit against the Company.
