The Company and all members of its board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate, and complete, and that there are no false representations, misleading statements, or material omissions.

Zhejiang Runyang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 25th meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors on March 30, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Estimated Guarantee Quota for 2026". The details are as follows:

I. Overview of Guarantees

Based on the Company's business development and production and operation needs, the Company plans to provide a guarantee quota of no more than RMB 50 million for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vietnam Runyang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Vietnam Runyang"), and a guarantee quota of no more than RMB 50 million for its wholly-owned subsidiary's subsidiary, Taiyang New Material Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taiyang New Material"). The guarantee methods include, but are not limited to, joint liability, mortgage, pledge, etc. The term of this guarantee quota is 1 year from the date of approval by the Board of Directors. Guarantees occurring within the above validity period are within the scope of this approval. The guarantee period shall be determined based on the final contract signed with the financial institution. When a guarantee occurs, the Company's general manager (or their authorized representative) shall handle the guarantee matters within the guarantee quota and sign relevant agreements and documents.
