Independent Director's Basic Information
I, Zhang Zhongyi, born in October 1957, hold Chinese nationality with no permanent residency abroad. I am a member of the Communist Party of China, hold a doctoral degree, and am a professor. I have previously served as a lecturer, associate professor, and professor at the School of Food and Biological Engineering, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, and from November 2017 to January 2026, I was the Dean of the School of Food Science and Engineering at Zhengzhou University of Science and Technology. I have been an independent director of the company since June 2020. During the reporting period, my role as an independent director complied with the independence requirements of relevant laws and regulations, with no circumstances affecting my independence.
