I, Wang Yanhua, have served as an independent director of Zhongjing Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") since November 7, 2025. During my tenure, I have adhered to the principles of independence, professionalism, and prudence, fulfilling my duties in accordance with the Company Law, Securities Law, Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, and relevant governance norms, as well as the Company’s Articles of Association and Independent Director Work System.
