In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 2 - Norms for the Operation of GEM Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," Zhongjing Food Co., Ltd. ("the Company") Audit Committee has diligently performed its duties. The report on the Audit Committee's evaluation of the accounting firm's performance and fulfillment of supervisory responsibilities for 2025 is as follows:

(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Ganzheng Tianye Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) ("Ganzheng Tianye") was established in 1982 and is one of the first accounting firms approved by the state to engage in securities and futures-related businesses and financial audit qualifications. On September 18, 2013, it was restructured into a special general partnership. The chief partner is Mr. Zhang Cai Bin, and its registered address is Room 5-1001, Jiaye Fortune Center, Taihu New City, Wuxi.
As of December 31, 2025, Ganzheng Tianye has 56 partners, 312 certified public accountants, and 172 certified public accountants who have signed securities service audit reports.
