Announcement on the Company's Proposal to Reappoint an Accounting Firm
Guanglian Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and all members of the Board of Directors guarantee that the content of this information disclosure is true, accurate, and complete, without false records, misleading statements, or major omissions.
On April 22, 2026, the Company held the 22nd meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, where it reviewed and approved the proposal to continue appointing Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the auditing institution for the Company's 2026 financial report and internal control audit. The proposal will be submitted to the Company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting for consideration. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Explanation of the Proposal to Reappoint the Accounting Firm
Zhongxinghua possesses qualifications for securities and futures business and has the experience and capability to provide auditing services for listed companies. In providing auditing services to the Company, it adheres to independent, objective, and fair professional standards, diligently fulfilling its duties and providing high-quality auditing services. Its reports can objectively and truthfully reflect the Company's actual situation, financial status, and operating results, effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of the auditing institution and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and its shareholders from a professional perspective.
Based on Zhongxinghua's professional level, ethical conduct, and performance capability, as well as considering the continuity of accounting and auditing work, the Company intends to continue appointing Zhongxinghua as the auditing institution for the Company's 2026 financial report and internal control audit. The Company will seek authorization from the shareholders' meeting for the management team to negotiate the 2026 audit fees with the accounting firm based on fair market pricing principles, the scope of the audit, and the workload, in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
