According to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Guidelines for the Governance of Listed Companies," "Management Measures for the Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - Standardized Operations of GEM Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association of Guanglian Aviation Industry Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Articles"), the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Guanglian Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. (1) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
- Basic Information Zhongxinghua Accounting Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongxinghua") was established in 1993 and was approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2000 to be restructured into "Zhongxinghua Accounting Firm Co., Ltd." In 2009, it merged with Jiangsu Fuhua Accounting Firm and was renamed "Zhongxinghua Fuhua Accounting Firm Co., Ltd." In 2013, the firm transitioned to a partnership system, and the name after the transition became "Zhongxinghua Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership)." The registered address is 20th Floor, South Building, No. 1, Lize Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. The chief partner is Li Zunnong. By the end of 2025, there are 212 partners, 1,084 certified public accountants, and 532 certified public accountants who have signed audit reports for securities services. The total audited revenue for 2024 is 203,338.19 million yuan, with audit business revenue of 154,719.65 million yuan and securities business revenue of 33,220.05 million yuan. In 2024, the firm audited the annual reports of 169 listed companies, primarily in industries such as manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, wholesale and retail, real estate, and mining, with total audit fees amounting to 22,208.86 million yuan. The company belongs to the manufacturing industry, and Zhongxinghua has 103 listed company audit clients in this sector.
