(hereinafter referred to as "XFH Technology," "Issuer," or "Company") to act as the sponsor for XFH Technology's 2026 annual issuance of A-shares to specific targets (hereinafter referred to as "this issuance"). The Sponsor has appointed Yang Xi and Zhang Xiaoqin as the sponsor representatives responsible for this project.
Guotai Haitong and its sponsor representatives have acted in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for the Sponsorship of Securities Issuance and Listing, and the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies. We have acted with honesty, integrity, and due diligence, strictly adhering to established business rules, industry standards, and ethical codes to issue this sponsorship letter, and we guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the documents provided.
Unless otherwise specified, terms used in this sponsorship letter have the same meanings as those in the Shanghai XFH Technology Co., Ltd. 2026 Annual Issuance of A-Shares to Specific Targets.

Previously participated in IPO projects such as Yuejiang Technology, Shangfang Service, Tech-Chuang Technology, and Hongsen Pharmaceutical, as well as major asset restructuring projects for Xinya Electronics and GAB.
