Mianjian Medical Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") announced that the 2025 annual equity distribution plan was approved by the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on May 14, 2026. The equity distribution matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Equity Distribution Plan Approved by the Shareholders' Meeting

The equity distribution plan approved by the Company's 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting is as follows: Based on the current total share capital of the Company of 582,329,808 shares, a cash dividend of RMB 3.00 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders, totaling RMB 174,698,942.40 (tax inclusive). There will be no capital reserve to bonus share conversion, no bonus shares will be issued, and the remaining undistributed profits will be rolled over to the next fiscal year. If the total number of shares entitled to profit distribution changes from the disclosure of the profit distribution plan to its implementation, the Company will make corresponding adjustments in accordance with the principle of unchanged cash dividend ratio and changed total cash dividend amount.
