Progress Announcement on Signing of Computing Power Cloud Service Agreement

I. Overview of Agreement Signing
Tianyang Hongye Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Tianyang Technology") and Yunli Zhizhi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yunli Zhizhi") signed the "Computing Power Cloud Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Agreement" or the "Original Agreement") on June 16, 2026. According to the Service Agreement, the Company provides computing power cloud services and corresponding deliverables to Yunli Zhizhi in the form, manner, and requirements specified in each purchase order. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Signing of Computing Power Cloud Service Agreement" (Announcement No.: 2026-048) disclosed by the Company on Juchao Information Network on June 18, 2026.
II. Progress of the Agreement
To further deepen cooperation with Yunli Zhizhi, after friendly negotiation, the parties signed the "Supplementary Agreement to the Computing Power Cloud Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplementary Agreement" or the "Supplementary Agreement") on July 10, 2026, amending some of the terms of the Original Agreement.
III. Main Contents of the Supplementary Agreement
