I. Transaction Overview
To realize the strategic objectives of Tianyang Hongye Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and to leverage professional investment structures, optimize resource allocation and professional capabilities, the Company will invest in the Qingdao Hongma Multi-Dimensional Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "the Partnership"), effective from June 1, 2026.
The Company has signed an investment agreement with the following entities:
- Shanghai Yuhua Investment Management Co., Ltd.
- Shenzhen Shijie Investment Management Co., Ltd.
- Tianjin Huasheng Investment Management Co., Ltd.
- Shanghai Huizhong Technology Co., Ltd.
- Guangdong Chuangxin Investment Co., Ltd.
- Suzhou Xinyuan Investment Co., Ltd.
- Beijing Hongma Tianyang Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the General Partner")
